What is Unni?

Unni is an AI-powered platform for creating interactive courses and presentations. You describe what you want to teach — Unni generates a structured, polished course, complete with slides, an AI presenter, narration, and branching scenarios, in seconds.

It’s built for the people who create workplace learning for a living: L&D professionals, HR teams, corporate trainers, instructional designers, and independent course creators. These are people who know their subject matter inside out but spend the majority of their time fighting slide tools, export settings, and LMS compatibility issues.

That time should be spent on the content itself, not the mechanics of producing it.

The problem we’re solving

Creating a single hour of professional e-learning content typically takes between 40 and 100 hours of work. Most of that time isn’t spent on pedagogy — it’s spent on layout, formatting, visual consistency, voiceover recording, export configuration, and SCORM packaging. Talented instructional designers end up doing the work of graphic designers, video editors, and IT administrators.

AI can handle all of that. Unni exists to make that handoff real.

How Unni works

Start from a prompt

Type a topic, paste a document, or describe your audience and learning objective. Unni generates a complete course structure — slides, content, imagery, and voiceover narration — in one step. The first draft is ready in seconds, not hours.

Edit the way you think

Every course is editable on a visual, node-based canvas. You can connect slides in any order, add branching paths that respond to learner choices or quiz results, drop in knowledge checks, and rearrange entire modules without rebuilding anything. If something needs adjusting, describe the change in plain language and let the AI handle it.

Publish anywhere

Unni is built around the formats your learners and systems actually use. Export to SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 for any LMS — Workday, SuccessFactors, Moodle, Cornerstone, and more. Export to video, PowerPoint, PDF, or a shareable web link. Import your existing content from PDF, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Notion, or Word and transform it without starting over.

No vendor lock-in

Your content is yours. You can export it in any format and host it anywhere. We don’t believe in building walls around your work.

Who uses Unni

Unni is used by:

  • L&D and HR teams at companies that need to produce compliance training, onboarding programs, and skills development content at scale — without building a production studio
  • Corporate trainers and instructional designers who want to spend their time on strategy and quality, not on layout and export toolchains
  • Independent course creators building content for platforms like Teachable, Udemy, or their own sites
  • Educators and teachers who need to turn lesson materials into engaging, structured presentations quickly

You don’t need a design background or any technical skills. If you know what you want to teach, Unni can help you teach it.

Free to start

Unni has a free plan with no credit card required. The editor, templates, and all non-AI creation features are available at no cost. Paid plans add AI generation, voiceover, custom presenters, and higher export limits.

The team

Unni is built by a team of engineers and operators who have worked across large enterprises and early-stage startups. Our backgrounds span executive roles at DHL, product and engineering at Microsoft, and operational experience at ExxonMobil, among others. We know what it takes to train large workforces, and we’ve lived the frustration of doing it with tools that weren’t built for the job.

That experience is what shaped Unni — a product built by people who understand both the technical side of learning infrastructure and the human side of getting knowledge to stick.

What’s next

We’re building Unni LMS: a fully managed learning management system that connects directly to your Unni workspace, so you can enroll learners, track progress, issue certificates, and run analytics without a separate platform.

Our goal is to close the gap between creating a course and running it — end to end, in one place.
